Throughout the year, NJASC sponsors several major events for the students and advisors of New Jersey to convene, network, share ideas and best practices, and hear nationally recognized speakers that motivate and inspire. An annual summary of these major events throughout the school year is provided below.
MONDAY MARCH 24, 2025
Melvin H. Kreps Middle School - East Windsor, NJ
YOU are invited to join us for a full day of valuable training, networking, idea sharing, and FUN - with NO students to supervise or worry about. Breakfast and lunch will be provided!
Our annual Advisors' Workshop is not just for Student Council; we invite advisors with ANY level of experience who serve as an advisor for ANY co-curricular activity such as NHS, Key Club, Interact, etc. We believe that ALL advisors can benefit from this workshop since we all share so much in common, and therefore we invite ALL who advise the student leaders of our state to JOIN US for...
Our goal is to provide YOU with the tools you want and need to develop the student leaders of today into the leaders of tomorrow. You'll have a chance to share ideas with fellow advisors, learn from experts in the field of Student Activities, and walk away with things you can take right back to your schools and implement to enhance your Student Council. We also want to keep growing our community of New Jersey advisors that can support and learn from each other, strengthening both the profession of being an advisor and NJASC as an association.

STUDENT LUNCHES
Unfortunately, we can no longer offer the all-you-can-eat student picnic as it has become far too cost prohibitive. However, for the same price as last year's student lunch ticket we can offer the "Mega Meal Deal" ticket - this consists of one meal, a snack, and a beverage at their choice of locations (CLICK HERE to view a list, provided by Six Flags Great Adventure) throughout the park.
UNUSED TICKETS - KEEP THEM...
Park admission tickets for the Spring Awards Program are valid through August 30, 2024. There are NO REFUNDS for unused park admission tickets due to reductions or no-shows, but you can give the tickets to students for use on their own at a later date. There are no refunds for unused Mega Meal Deal tickets.
Please note that Six Flags Great Adventure is now CASHLESS! If students do not get their lunch through NJASC, they are advised by Six Flags park management to either bring a debit card with at least $40 pre-loaded on it to purchase food on their own, or cash to obtain and load a debit card at a kiosk in the park (there's likely to be lines for this).
